(1) 电位器式

结构和功用
每个图尔克电容式接近开关的感应元件是由一个传感器电极和一个屏蔽层电极构成的。这两个同轴金属电极共同构成一个电容器。当被测物体(金属原料或非金属原料)挨近传感器外表时,它一起进入了由这两个电极构成的电场,从而使这个电容器的电容量发生改变--这就是说,具有RC振荡器电路的电容器,其电容量会跟着被测物体的挨近而添加(电容量的改变量为ΔC)。只要在到达ΔC的电容改变量的时分,RC振荡器电路才干开始振荡,发生振幅。这么,一旦被测物体接近,RC振荡器电路发生的振幅会由对比器电路检查到,而且经过输出级电路构成输出信号。
齐平式装置
在齐平式装置时,图尔克电容式接近开关会发生一个直线型的电场。常用于从远处检查固体资料(例如:塑料颗粒;平板;纸箱;成堆的纸;瓶子;木屑etc)或者透过玻璃容器、塑料容器检查其内部的 液体。
非齐平式装置
在非齐平式装置时,turck电容式接近开关会发生一个圆锥型的电场。常用于触摸式地(检查面与被测物相触摸)检查被测物(例如颗粒、油或水)。
